Door onze groei zijn we per direct op zoek naar een allround verkoop- en klantenservice medewerker om ons team te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel Expires:

✔️ You processed orders that arrive via the webshop, telephone or e-mail

✔️ You advise customers on our products and you set quotes on

✔️ You keep in touch with transporters about deliveries and price requests

✔️ ✔️

i e-P> You can answer and e-mail, which you can e-P> have arisen for the customer

✔️ You actively think in how we can make all processes in our fast -developing company optimally run

What your working day can look like

You will immediately start the day in the day. While you process the first orders, a customer calls questions about an obstacle set – you give advice and ensure that the order is immediately initiated.

Halfway through the morning you consult with a transport company about a shipment to Germany and you work out a number of quotes. After lunch you call some customers and meanwhile there is a customer who wants to start with Cavaletti training, you show all products and ensure that the customer can optimally train at home.

Later in the afternoon you will answer a few customer emails and process some orders for the next day. The working day flies by and before you know it, it is time to close again!

What are we looking for?

🔹 preferably experience in a similar function and or the or the or the or the or the or the pail/p/p. Sector (Affinity with the Spring or Event Sport is an advantage)

🔹 An outblinker in customer-friendliness with a commercial setting

🔹 Good command of Dutch and English (German or the willingness to learn German is a very big plus)

🔹 🔹 P> 🔹 can switch quickly from stress resistant Afas
